Sunrise Towers is located in downtown Laconia, New Hampshire, surrounded by lakes Winnisquam, Opechee, and Winnipesaukee. The all-new Sunrise House is next door.

 

The building is a seven-story complex with 98 apartments; studio, one-bedroom, and two bedrooms. Heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the rent. Each apartment has a balcony located off the living room offering views of lakes, rivers, mountains, restored mill buildings along the river, and city gardens filled with tulips.

 

Banks, churches, restaurants, drug stores, supermarket, and the local library are all within walking distance of Sunrise Towers.

 

The Supportive Services Department makes services available for residents that would benefit from assistance with meals, housekeeping, laundry, personal care, and nursing services. The Social Service Education Coordinator keeps residents abreast of programs and special events planned for the facility.
