For new participants in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program administered by Laconia Housing.

 

Review all of the following materials and view the introductory video below. Download and keep copies of all materials for your records. Write down any questions you have to ask your HCV Specialist during your scheduled phone call.

 

You do not need to print hard copies of any of these materials at this time unless you wish to do so, but you should have them available in case you need a hard copy of any form in the future.

Additional forms requiring your signature - including your Voucher - will be mailed to you by Laconia Housing. Ensure you have reviewed all materials and have any questions prepared prior to your scheduled call.
